After a lot of hard work, I finally have time today to actually post again! Hi! Good to see you. The coming weeks you'll have to see a lot of my paintings I am afraid, but before they are finished, I really want your attention for this wonderful object -and dream- we have for sale at RHF International (it's my colleague James Edgecombe's region, the Pyrenées Orientales) An old Catalan Village (all of it!!), for sale for 2 million Euros... In the village are 11 houses, all with stunning views! They are located between beaches and ski resorts and you could buy the village for a "Gite" business: That's what it is now... It has plots for expansion and you could build up to 6 new houses. The village was originally built as a small "lotissement", a residential development and it is situated on a hillside, a few minutes walk above the famous Victorian spa town Vernet-les-Bains. The village has a lower and an upper row of semi-detached houses, with an alleyway between. The lower part of the village, comprising 6 houses, is constructed in pure granite stone and oak beams. All houses have terracotta tiled roofs, west facing terraces, and courtyards orpatios. From all terraces there are excellent views. The structures are in good condition, the bathrooms and kitchens need to be upgraded.... Due to the elevated position of the property, the micro-climate and stunning views, it has the potential, with some additional investment, to become a resort of high standard. To me it is a real dream, to own your cute Catalan village, with sweet little houses to rent out, give aquarelle courses, organise walks, provide great food, in short, make people happy! It is near Perpignan airport and the beach of Lac des Escoumes...
