The Marina Artists team has been pretty busy lately - here are two almost identical ("spot the differences") paintings: The seller and the buyer get one at the signing next week. This fantastic villa is in Roquebrune sur Argens with the backdrop of the rocher of Roquebrune. The buyers belong to the happy few: they are retired lawyers that have properties all over the place, Isle of Wight, South Africa and now France. I bet this villa will be their primary residence very soon, now that the weather is back to its normal South of France standard: over here it is gorgeous, sunny, classy, peaceful and healthy - much better than anywhere else in the world if you ask me!
