Villa close to Mougins
In March I posted about a villa close to Mougins that we once sold and then had for sale again. And now, two months later, Master-Realtor Jeroen Zaat has sold it yet again! The happy and lucky new English/French owners were looking for this modern style of house - and fell in love with it immediately. They will improve it even more, with ecologically conscious additions and replacements, solar energy, the newest ultra modern audio visual systems etc...
Above you see the painting of their house as it is now - and I hope to be able to show you an "after" version in a couple of months! In the meantime - even with the "oldfashioned" fittings - the owners can still enjoy their fantastic 360° South-French view from the house (picture below) and the fabulous sun...
